I was looking up creatine supplements and came across this one. Has anyone ever tried it and is it any good?

I would use a CEE based product instead. EndoCre3 has some good points in paper but I havent seen any good reviews by real people.

I was reading on some sites and they said that cee wasn't any good. I read some good reviews on this site though, so maybe I'll give it a try.

I was wondering, since creatine causes greater water retention, should I lower my sodium intake.

the type of water retention caused by creatine isnt a bad thing. the retention is around muscle cells. it is considered lean muscle mass. when your muscle cells are well hydrated they get energy in and waste out more efficiently, its one of the benifits of creatine. dont worry about your sodium intake in that regards
