    Results from my 1-AD cycle

    here are some readings and recordings taken from my personal progress log:

    16/01 - Weight Recording
    Time: 11:30
    Weight: 83.8kg
    BF: 14%
    LBM: 72.07kg
    Fat M: 11.73kg
    Guns: 14.8 inch


    17/01 - START 1-AD + 4-AD CYCLE

    23/01 - Weight Recording
    Time: 12:30
    Weight: 86kg
    BF: 15%
    LBM: 73.1kg
    Fat M: 12.9kg
    Guns: 15 inch


    30/01 - Weight Recording
    Time: 10:00
    Weight: 86.6kg
    BF: 16%
    LBM: 72.74kg
    Fat M: 13.86kg


    6/02 - Weight Recording
    Time: 11:00
    Weight: 87.8kg
    BF: 15%
    LBM: 74.63kg
    Fat M: 13.17kg


    27/02 - Weight Recording

    27/01 - FINISH 1-AD CYCLE

    so overall my weight went from 83.8kg to 88.9kg
    LBM 72.07kg from 74.23kg
    BF% from 14% to 16.5%
    Guns from 14.8 inches to 15.4 inches

    i'd say i do look slightly bigger now, just a little thicker but nothing overly noticeable and certainly nothing to rave about, i am dissapointed i didn't add more LBM, to be honest i might have been able to get an extra lb or 2 if i'd upped my cal intake more, and a lot women trouble + heavy uni workload has made the past few weeks very stressful, it certainly hasn't helped things, but my workouts and meal timing has been on point pretty much everyday

    a little concerned with the fat gain but i can only imagine that is water weight, i don't feel any fatter than before but its very hard to tell as i don't add fat to my midsection or upper body (its all on my arse and face)

    another thing to note is that i came off CEE midway through my cycle due to being so bloated, so this may have effected things slightly as the CEE was working wonders for me, despite this i still managed to add 10kg to my working bench sets (from 6 x 95kg to 8 x 105kg) and bent over rows (8 x 65kg to 5 x 80kg), i didn't deadlift heavy as i was having a lot of lower back problems (really tight feeling at the bottom of my spine, very odd, but it was giving me problems running and just bending over to pick up weights too)

    i'm pretty happy with the strength gains, although small it has got me through a lot of sticking points which i'm glad about, i expected to gain more weight so i'm a little dissapointed at that but overall a 5lbs gain in 6 weeks is not too bad, at least i gained something, but was it worth the cost, time and effort, i really don't think so!

    i also got some strong lethargy, depression at the start of the cycle, mood swings, minor acne on the top of my back and some painful shoulder pumps

    the good news is i got no signs of gyno and no visable nut shrinkage - hopefully i'll be able to get it up tomorrow night as my girl is staying round, i'll be really pissed off if i have any trouble, just gonna pop about 20 trib tabs before she gets round, that should get me in the mood

    i've decided this will be my first and last PH/PS cycle, after my pct its straight on to juice, might cut first depending how my BF% is at the end of PCT, anything above 14 and i'ma cut forsure

    thanks to all those who supported me and helped make my first cycle a successful one, in particular piratefromhell, redspy, gococks, purduepower and luke... couldn't have done it without you guys!

    Have you tried M1T? You might try a cycle of that before real gear and see if it's any better than the 1-AD. How much were you taking, btw? And how much 4-AD?

    Just a note: You say the gains weren't great? YOur arms made tremendous gains, especially in that amount of time. I won't disagree that trying different things is a good idea, cause it IS a good idea, but don't downplay gains like that! Arms are hard to grow for most everyone in my experience. It took me a while to get to 16 inch arms (and that ain't very big), and it is hell trying to get them bigger. I'd kill to go to 16.5! I WILL get there, but not in the amount of time you did, for sure.

    11lbs within a month is nice work, YD.

    Do a good 3-4 weeks PCT and keep as much as you can, then spend maybe 3-4 weeks peeling away the extra 2.5% you added.

    ahem... M1T is a steroid. And its harsher on the body like few of the "real" AAS.

    He may want to try something stronger than 1AD, there's a lot of stuff both PH and AAS that he can try before the hardcore stuff like A-50, fina, etc.

    Good progress YD, great cycle information too. You'll make much better gains with the test/dbol obviously. How long are you going to be "off" before you start your next cycle?

    True, it is, but with "real" AAS you have needles and things to worry about, proper cleaning sites, all that which is a task in its own to understand and get to work on.

    sterilizing is no problem at all, and you will quickly learn the best way to stick yourself, or you'll be walking around sore as shit for a few days.

    thats what put me off initially, but hell we all gotta do it, and i'm sure it'll be worth it when i'm 30lbs heavier and the strongest dude in the gym
