    Swole questions

is it best to take this like I normally would creatine (post workout)?

Is it really necessary to eat before taking this?

Are (2) serverings a day necessary?

Any Swole takers that can help me, it sure would be appreciated.
    Thanks

If you are talking about Shole V.2 from Syntrax...

I just take it in the mourning before i've ate anything and in the evening after dinner

The best way to use it is how they say to use it.
