    Question Phosphagen Elite Question

I have tried Phosphagen Elite Creatine for alittle over a month now with no results. On training days I take a total of 10gm and 5gm taken on my off days. With drinking plenty of water, but still nothing. Should I keep on or try something else? I consider myself a hardgainer so maybe thats the problem? Trying to some muscle mass, thought I would try creatine. Already taking ON 100% Whey and ON Serious Mass (serious mass twice a day usually, about 2000-2100 calories)

Some people don't respond to creatine monohydrate. I don't know what's in Phospagen Elite or what type of creatine is in it, but some "nonresponders" (including me) have been getting good results from CEE (creatine ethyl ester). The ester gives it the ability to be absorbed through cell membranes.

For the past four or five days I've been using CEX by VPX Sports with great results. I notice great pumps, and I have gone up in weight on every exercise in the past three workouts. Previous to that I was taking regular creatine monohydrate with dextrose.

I just bought some new Creatine but I don't think I respond. I'm kind of broke right now so I'm going to continue using it until I can buy some CEE.
