    ZMA question?

    I take the recommended serving right before i go to bed is that enough or should i take some during the day time

    If your last meal before bed is CC, then you might want to avoid it. It is recommended to avoid taking it with calcium.

    What is the reason for avoiding calcium with ZMA?

    Depends, there is daytime ZMA and nightime ZMA. The only difference is nightime ZMA is stronger than daytime ZMA which has a lesser amount of the same ingredients. And yes, taking ZMA with calcium products inhibits the absorption process of the Zinc and/or Magnesium. ZMA may not be for everyone but I know it works for me.
