    Unhappy M1t: 1st Week Gains

    Hi guys

Just a quick update I have put on 8lbs in 1 week weight gone from 14st to 14st 8lbs with fat more or less staying the same 21%, been eating clean diet not ideal around 4K cals per day, C 300-400, protein 300-350. How much of this is water weight? The only side effect i have had is feeling tired mid afternoon

Lethargy is normal. Plan your day accordingly.

How much is water weight? We cant tell you that. From my experience, however, about 33% of my gains were pissed out after stopping M1T. So, use that as a rough guideline.

Looks like youre doing well, keep it up.

    Gains are good!

Lethargy is definitely going to be an issue on M1T. Almost always is. You could stack with 4-Derm spray to reduce it a bit, but you're still going to sleep like a mofo.

I found that I didn't suffer from lethargy when I got at least 7 hours of sleep. How much are you getting?
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group

about another group that actually does something

I could sleep 10 hours on M1T and still be tired. I took Axion-Pharm which was a blend of M1T plus something else, so maybe it had a little extra kick.

APG > If your calories are reduced, you're not going to gain as fast, but as long as they're higher than you need to maintain what you have, you'll keep gaining--just slower, obviously. Just remember the more LBM you have the more calories you need to keep up. Juice is a good way to keep your calories up, too, because it's easy to carry around in a water bottle and you can sip on it. Also, don't forget to up your volume in the gym while you're on M1T!

Not really,it's metabolized instantly. And it doesn't have the fiber or real fruit. But don't consume too much fructose, your body can only process so much glycogen.

There's no easy way around eating RIGHT.

Thanks for the advice MP, I also find that even if I get 10 hours sleep I still get tired mid day, thinking about sipping some dextrose solution through the day, is this a good idea? Just worried about simple carbs turning to fat! When you say increase the volume should I decrease the weight i normally do and perform perfect form on all exercises?

Don't drink like 20oz of juice in one sitting, but it's a good way to get extra calories in. Sipping 8oz of Orange juice in an hour is an extra 140 calories, and that's a whole lot better than nothing. Just something to do rather than eating/drinking nothing.

APG > When you're on PH/Gear you recover quicker and can handle a higher workload. Your strength should be increasing, so you should actually increase the weight you're using and do a couple extra sets. If you're only doing each bodypart once a week you may want to take your major parts to twice a week. All depends on how you feel, how you're eating, time you have, rest, etc...

Thanks CE gains are really good! MP time isnt a problem if i were to work each major BP twice a week eg chest, shoulders, back and legs should the first work out be heavy 2-4 reps 4 sets and the second work out 10 reps (lighter weight) for 4 sets

If you're going traditional bodybuilding, not power lifting, I wouldn't do anything less than five reps, but that's just me. When I did M1T I worked everything twice a week and didn't feel sore at all. Awesome gains there.

Try some Anabolic Matrix Rx for your new Trib product. Great reviews around here, you can use the search function and you'll be plenty impressed.

Unless you're using R/p. Which IMHO kicks ASS while on a cycle.

Cheers for the advice MP. I am sort of in between BB and PL. I am strong enough to qualify for the national British Power lifting in the 90kg, but don't want to compete if I can only just qualify (which is the stage I am at now). I think I will train heavy with low reps 2-4 for the first W/O and then a weight which I can do for 4 sets of 10 (good form). I've looked at Bulk Nutrition and have been impressed by the reviews; think will purchase a few bottles next week.
