    Did I buy the right supplement?

    I bought Cyto Gainer from GNC I bought it because it got cratine and protein and I am wondering did I get the right supplement?

    it's not bad but there are better out there. I would use that for post workout. I would take 2 scoops with 16 oz water and add in a banana for some more carbs. the serving size that they suggest is not the best. you really want a ratio of protein:carbs that is 1:3. so for 25 grams protein you would want about 75 grams of carbs. cutting the serving size in half will also make it last 2x as long (36 servings vs 18).
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    I bought PM protein to take right before I go to bed.

    I bought it because it has creatine in it would there be a sufficent amout of creatine if I split the serving size in half?
