I experience lower back cramping on all of my cycles. When I feel it, I usually just stop and stretch real good.

Started off at 196lbs 20ish% BF now 205lbs so up 9lbs at same % BF started creatine today see how it goes.

    Work out today was Chest:

    Flat BP
    120kg * 6
    130kg * 4
    130kg *4
    140kg *1

    Incline Fly’s
    27.5kg * 10
    27.5kg * 10
    27.5kg * 10

    Incline BP (smith)

    110kg * 6
    115 kg * 6
    120 kg *2

I hate using smith machine but in the gym there is no incline bench. The only problem is I don’t feel "up for the gym" , we taking energy drink before I work out solve this problem? Also any comments on W/O?

no it wont, energy drinks are full of sugar, and you sound like you need to go on a cut ASAP!! 20bf% is kind of high for a "BB"... you gained 9 pounds with that creatine stuff you take alone ??? wow, that must be a lot of water, did it make you bloaty at all, meaning did it make you look smoother ?

that 9 lbs is all intramuscular water retention from the creatine supplement. @ 20% body fat you need to be cutting as of last month. the higher the body fat the greater the conversion of test to estrogen. which equates to greater fat gains and less gains in LBM
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I really dont want to insult you or make any statements which are not true or start a fight or anything like that!! But you seem to not know very much about this sport for the kind of size you have, you are a pretty big guy, took me very much knowlege, time and experimenting and training to come to a size that is almost like you (you are a little big bigger to me, judging from your pics)

I totally agree with you I don't have much knowledge about bodybuilding. I have been lifting on and off since I was 18, make progress than slack off. I have always been naturally strong and when I train hard do seem to gain. My biggest problem is my diet which I am trying to sort out now, that why this forum to gain more knowledge. If anyone feels I am doing something wrong I would like to know, so I can continuously improve until I reach the best I can be.
