    Thumbs down overtraining on 1-ad??

well i've just done my last day on 1-ad (45th day) and today was the 2nd day in sucsession of going to the gym and not being able to work out!

i feel very sore, heavy, bloated, lethargic, joint pains, craps etc... strength is down, up until last weekend it was going GREAT, then i hit each bodypart again over the weekend and stqarted a new job (worked 3 x 8 hour shifts with nothing but a MRP in the middle of them, got hardly any rest), you reckon that has caused me to overtrain?

i'm thinking about resting until next week, but this is my first week of pct starting today so i'm worried i'm gonna lose all my gains if i don't keep lifting hard and heavy, should i take the week off or battle on?

damm fustrating i tell ya! been so low over the last few days i've had off days before but this week has really been ridiculous, and i've still been on 1-ad, hate to think how my training is gonna be now i've come off!

keep your protien up and get your rest, that is extremely important. you open yourself up for a cold if you weaken your body without proper rest. if you get that you will loose all of your gains. remember you wont be able to lift with the same intensity as when you were on the 1-ad so dont even try. although i will say if its only your second day off its probably mostly in your head. i did not see a signifigant drop off after i tried a bottle of 1-ad. i saw a small one yes but not a signifigant one.

no i saw a significant drop in energy while still on the 1-ad

i just started a new job, have been working and lifting all weekend with no rest and crap nutrition, that is all i can put it down to

well i'm gonna jack in the job, my degree and BB'ing is far more important than a shitty minimum wage part-time restaurant job

i'm gonna take this week off, rest will prob do me good, start lifting again next week, heavy weights - low volume for pct

    thanks for the reply

Take a week off from the gym and overfeed. At this point, you will lose your gains faster if you overtrain during pct. Better to stay out of the gym for a whole week, eat tons, and sleep as much as possible. Keep the meals real frequent; at least 7 meals a day.
