i've never been able to find out what the actual percentage of dextrose is contained in a serving. but since it is listed first you know that the majority of the sugars are dextrose. I use it off and on for my PWO shakes, I'm using fruit punch right now.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Crazy I was just gonna ask about this stuff and creatine. It says it has citric acid in it, will that break down all the creatine? I mean if that much of it is carbs, there can't be too much citric acid can there? I can't stand anymore grape juice, and creatine in water tastes like sand. Will it be okay if I take creatine with it?

The amount of citric acid wouldn't have anything to do with the amount of carbs. Acid doesn't have a caloric value. Besides, you have more volitile chemicals in your gut already dude

5g Creatine Mono, 3g Taurine, 1 scoop powdered creatine on 16oz water ... I took it for a couple of months while working out ... add 1g of Vitamin C if doing cardio.
