oh cool,i just ordered a 15lb bag but forgot to ask if it was any good so i was dreading someone coming along and saying it was crap!

ON 100% Whey is very recommended, you made a good purchase.

You can mix 2 scoops on 8oz skim milk with some ice cubes ... it does not get too thick like other brands and you get a 50g shake ...

wow just tasted it and blimey it tastes good (vanilla) it is twice as good as prolab's (chocolate),this protein actually tastes like vanilla not like sewage!!!It is a great buy,recommended

P.S Bit sickely though
