    "Proper" 1-AD PCT?

What would each of you think is sufficient PCT for a 1-AD/4-AD cycle at suggested doses? Some say 6-OXO, some say always Nolva, some say Trib (ha.), what do you think? I know 1-AD doesn't hold a candle to M1T, which I used Nolva with, but I'd like to keep off of Nolva as much as possible because of the sides. If it's necessary, obviously got to go with it, but if not, othen I'm curious as to what's correct.

i'm running 40/40/20/20 of nolva, i'll let you know how i get on

so far i'm on my 2nd day of pct and no crash at all, infact i've lost a little water weight but have also been getting plenty of rest and i'm actually feeling and looking a lot better for it! (i think i'd over done it towards the end of my 1-ad cycle, so i'm just gonna take it easy over the next few weeks, lifting heavy but keeping the volume low)

no noticable shutdown or shrinkage, but i'm gonna run the nolva and trib anyway to ensure i have no problems and get me ready for my dbol cycle which i want to start in a few weeks now

BTW why are you running 1-ad, forget 1-ad man its gonna be pretty worthless to you if you've already run stronger stuff, don't be a wuss... go with AS like the rest of us

I was going to run another M1T cycle, but I decided because of my age I'll do a mild cycle before using the real gear I've got.

how old are you? i'm 20 and i'm gonna start on real gear shortly, i don't see the point wasting time with weak PH cycles, and all that nolva and different chemicals running through your system can't be good for you, best just use what you got to use to get you to where you want to get to in the shortest possible time, if you get what i'm saying, why take unnecessary risks?

Heh... I'm afraid by taking real gear now (at 20) that I'm taking unnecessary risks. So I figure a 1-AD/4-Derm cycle with a PCT other than Nolva is less risky than going to real gear for now and taking the carcinogen as PCT.
