10mg a day. The only sides I have had include feeling tired and lack of appetite. From what I have read this is pretty normal. Also noticed some spots occuring on my face and back so went on sunbeds to combat this. Sometimes really hard to eat another meal in order to reach daily goal of 400g C and 350g protien. Thinking of upping this too!

I am going to start a 4 week cycle soon. Are you using 4-ad?

No couldn't afford to buy it! Apparently you should take it since it helps with the tiredness. You should also take milk thistle 1 week BEFORE you start in order to help your liver out (I didn't my mistake). You should also have nolva on hand for PCT. Make sure you spend time in food prep, if you not consuming enough C P F= Cals there is no point!

I thought you didn't use the thistle until after you're done taking the M1T. I've got the 4-ad, ditto on Nolva.
Please keep updating. I am very interested in your progress and experiences with the PCT. I am hoping this cycle will knock down a little BF% also

Dont take Milkthistle on cycle. Take it both pre-cycle and psot-cycle.

Ive never read anything to prove or disprove this theory, and ive never seen anyone claim milk thistle hindered their gains while on, so its more of a personal decision, but remember your liver is taking a pounding like Jenna Jameson during the filming of Back Door Sluts 4, so you need to beware of the possibility of hepatotoxicity because you might need your liver.

That was an excellent analogy. Suddenly it all makes sense.
