    What do ya think?

I am going to start taking this stack, and I wanted some opinions. Feel free to Add, subtract, etc. anything you think would be better, or more helpful.

    3 grams CEE
    3 grams Taurine
    2 grams DiArginine Malate
    200 mililiters R-ALA

Mixed into grape juice, or gatorade. Taken 30-60 minutes before exercise on empty stomach. Then taken again after exercise on empty stomach.

Thank before hand for the help.

Ok, thanks. Would that be the same if i was to take it later in the day. Say 1-2 hours after workout.

And do ya think this would be the best time to take this, or maybe upon waking, and then in the afternoon?
