My goal is to gain muscle mass and lots of it. I don't know what androgenic means, and I have not heard of hair loss before, but my concern is unhealthy side effects such as liver damage, breast tissue, heavy acne, problems with natural test production afterwards, etc. By hair loss, what and where do you mean exactly? I have been taking Anabolic-Matrix and Maximum Pump and have been very happy with them so far. Nowhere near the results I had with 1-ad, but nowhere near the side effects either.Originally Posted by vegman

If you're looking to gain mass I'd recommend 1-AD/4-AD or 4-AD/Nordiol (both transdermal). Read the PH sticky for info on dosing and don't forget about good PCT!

I think what I will do is wait till I stop seeing gains with what I'm doing now. Currently I am eating like a horse and training hard (but not too hard) and taking protein and creatine. When I hit a barrier, I will get into PH's, and maybe I should start with Anabolic Matrix before PH's as well. What do you guys think, is that the best way to go?
