Newbie on board here. I'm transforming from 250 lbs. and now i'm 230 in 8 weeks. It's been a total clean bulk though. Adding an inch to arms and when I get my pictures you'll see where my concentration has been. However, I bought 4 tubs of MuscleMilk protein and see that its extremely HIGH in calories. I was thinking of mixing this 50/50 with another protein like Optimum Strawberry <-- if it tastes good. What do you guys think? Any recommendations? I know the fat in musclemilk is good for you, but i'm planning on taking like 4 scoops a day which has a ton of calories. I'm trying to cut majorly now!
Ive been lifting for 12 years and i find myself still wanting to bulk up. I eat high cals, carbs and lots of protein. Im 265 now 13% bf trying to get to 280 before i try to rip up.
