    Addicted to Fat burners?

have to have my fat burners every day or i feel lethargic and mentally "unsharp". My choices: Redline by VPX, Lipo 6, ECA stack, Thermonex. Hell, can I be addicted here? How come I crash so hard on weekends when I get off the stuff? Is this unhealthy? I generally use only the recommended dosage but sometimes go over. I've been using this stuff 8 weeks with only 1 day off per week.

You could be growing fond of synephrine or caffeine, which is very addictive. I'd taper off for awhile if I were you.

But man, Redline VPX is GOOOODDD sheeit.

I don't find so much a problem with synephrine, if any of your fat burners even have that in it, but caffeine obviously affects the nervous system in less than desirable ways at excessive/long-term dosages. Just like people who are addicted to pop and get headaches without all that caffeine.
