Well with the gains most people experience on M1T, no, you probably wouldn't hit those weights without being on cycle.

Well it bothers me slightly since I may have reached that goal off cycle in 6 months or so, having said that I am loving the gains! I plan to compete in the British National power lifting next year. The qualifying total is of 510kg/1122lbs is for the up to 82.5kg/181.5lbs bodyweight class. I am hoping to get a 240kg/528lbs DL, 150kg/330lbs FBench, 180 kg/396 Squat. At the moment my main weakness is my squat, having never really bothered training my legs I recently (last 3 wks) started performing squats at 110kg to the floor for 4 sets of six. All exercises MUST be performed with competition form.

I would do more than 3-4 m1t cycles per year....so if ur doing a 4 week cycle, Id keep a good 8 weeks between them...Just my opinion tho!

yeah ive got loads of the UGL 4mg Mdien tabs. i was running a cycle at 12mg ED. i fucked up my hand halfway through the cycle so i cut it short (only 10 days in the end) so i cant really comment apparently its most noticable in the third week.

MD isnt great for bulking like M1T but it is good for cutting. Less sides as well.
