If your diet is not in order there is no supplement that is going to help, personally I feel that those two products are overpriced and overhyped, there are better products out there.
Has anyone ever used these sort of products to slim down? I keep seeing the ads, but have yet to meet anyone who has used them. I'm having trouble getting rid of the wieght I've gained and could really use an affordable boost. Yes, I know diet is the main component to weight loss, but I HATE CHICKEN. Any diets without chicken as the main ingredient would be greatly appreciated!

I just started a brand new diet, and I intend to patent it and write a book about it. The book is one page long, and it reads "Don't eat so Fu#k!n Much". You think $29.95 is too high a price? South Beach got nothin on me!
