nothing will help without a clean cal restricted diet....and cardio! But mainly diet..I've had good success with:
Lypo 6 & Lypoderm ULtra
I've had no success with, hydroxycut, xenedrine, san tight, or hot rox. But thats just me may be different for you but as mentiioned above nothing is going to work if your diet isn't in check.
D-I-E-T....get ur diet down for a while. Then once u stop loosing, throw in HIIT cardio....And if u plateau again, then consider a thermo.
Couldnt have agreed better.
As far as MM is concerned, muscle milk is all hype-it's just overpriced hype. Get yourself a cheap whey (not too cheap) and use that with a strict diet that allows you to cheat at least twice every 10-12 days.

what is HIIT??? Hope that not a dumb ?
Jugger, good answer by the way. Low impact cardio is for Arobic Instructors. Sorry! And we,....well, we workout!!!HARD!!!!
ya know the sweaty stuff!@
Rochelle
The way I perform HIIT:
1 minute high impact (as hard as you can go), next minute low impact (easy jog for instance) next minute high, next minute low....
Do this for approximately 12 minutes to boot and add a complete cycle each week. I stopped at 16 minutes-the thing you need to understand is that you dont need to be on there for a half hour. Your body will be thoroughly taxed. It's amazing. I usually do either the treadmill or recumbant bike.
Remember, you need to beat your personal best each time you do it, even if it's by a few seconds. YES YOU NEED TO RECORD IT!

The way I do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training):
Approximately 10-15 seconds sprinting, then the rest of the minute jogging, then another 10-15 seconds of sprinting, then the rest of the minute jogging, and so forth..
When I say 10-15 seconds, you should pick one specific time from that range to shoot for sprinting before starting, based on how intense you want to run it out. It doesn't sound like much when reading, but it kills me after about 6 (but I'm a wuss ).
