Damn!
I forgot my protein at home so at the gym after my workout today I bought one of those low-carb Nitro-Tech RTD's. $4 but I needed protein and my gym is a muscletech whore. So, anyways, it's a no-carb day and it only had 6g protein which was as good as it was going to get given my situation.
You know what sucked?
IT TASTED GOOD! I mean for $4 it had better taste at least decent, but fuck, I'm not supposed to like a MuscleTech product!
