    Question dosage for pump stack

Fixing to buy bulk in CEE, Citrulline Malate and DiArginine Malate. Wondering what the dosage should be for this stack. Also what times of day to take or just take it before and after workout. Thanks guys
I'm thinking of 4g of Cee, and 6g's apiece of Citrulline and Diarginine split up in two doses. Maybe 1st dose 30 minutes prior to workout and last dose either post workout or later in the day kind of spread evenly apart.
