    Creatine and Cutting

I am not cutting at the moment, but I was just curious if while I do cut I should stop taking creatine with juice? I know the sugars are bad when cutting but helpful with the creatine.

    Great article about creatine prince!

I would defenitely cut out the sugar and just take plain creatine with one of your meals. Your performance probably wont suffer a tad. Cut it, especially since you are cutting.

if your taking creatine on a cut it may be harder to notice your progress, sense it causes water retention.

I agree. With me Creatine tends to give a slightly swollen, less defined look. Not terribly so, but it does hide some definition. I personally cut creatine out for the summer, and then begin again in like Sept. This way i can get a little extra cut for the beach.

Yeah, I am taking creatine (CEE) now while cutting but will stop before hitting the beach for the summer.
