2 cycles per year is the max that I'd recommend. To use the words of Brodus this stuff is "rat posion".
EDIT: Did you have any blood tests run? Do you know your lipid levels and liver values?
Just curious how long others normally wait in between cycles with m1t. I was planning on waiting 6 weeks, not sure if this is enough time.

Oh crap, give it at least 2 months before u do another!! And keep ur body guessing, just go on food and hard work for a while after such a cycle...'Tis what I plan on doing...Gains are great, but not worth screwing everything up being overzealous!

Yes, I probably will...I had great results (and seem to be holding on to 'em) and few sides. Chances are, it won't happen again in 2005 tho!

hows your PCT going? Lost any gains weight/strength?
no blood work done, did have a physical in the middle of my cycle no problems, my BP was normal for me not elevated at all and I rarely drink when I am off a cycle so I am not worried to much about liver damage.Originally Posted by redspy

good gains, only 3 days in PCT but still up 10lbs my strength is still going up, ive been told to becareful not to overtrain though
ya, keep volume rather low...I was training 6 days/week, now down to 4...

my calories are pretty much the same with a slight reduction in carb intake before bed I did not go real high with protein and carbs while on the cycle maybe 30-40 grams of protein more a day and 50 grams of carbs more.Originally Posted by APG
