Few Questions M1T/Nolvadex - Therma Lean

    Hey!

New to the board, thought I would ask some questions.

I have been taking Therma Leans (8% ephedrine, 50% caffine). When I started taking them, the first day, I was so hyper, shaking and having anxiety etc... I also take 250mg Milk thisle with each Therma lean pill.

I noticed i weighed less faster.. but I wanna know if anyone has tried this, what the results are, over how long etc. I just got back from vacation and i didnt use them the whole trip, I wanna know if i should use em still.

    ---

I am also planning on starting a 2 week cycle of M1T, along with 1500 mg daily of Milk Thisle and 1500mg daily of Hawthorne Berry. When I get off, Im planing on taking 2 weeks of Nolvadex.

I go to the gym 6 times a week. 1 body part a day, Intense 45 training on that part. Mon-sat = Chest, Bicept, Shoulder, Tricept, Back, Legs. I am Also doing 45 min @65% heart rate "cardio" work outs, eliptical trainer, bike etc.

Im 5'11, 218 lbs, 22% bf. Im lookin to get in the best shape as possible, as fast as possible. Also TRYING to do the 6 small meals a day, taking in 200-250 gr of protein a day...

Anyone have any comments? am i doing something wrong? should i do something different? Ive always been natrural, but only working out 1 year so far. Not to much results, enough, but not where i wanna be.

    Thanks alot!

I'd get another couple years under your belt first, but, I'll pretend you're an old pro and answer what I can (keep in mind M1T is illegal now):

A two-week cycle of M1T is a waste. Go 3-4. A lot of people said their gains didn't really start picking up until the third week. 10-15/mg a day for 3-4 weeks followed by 4 weeks of Nolva for PCT should do it.

Milk thistle should be taken pre-cycle to build up your liver enzymes. Then it should be taking again PCT with your Hawethorne berry, but not on cycle.

Cut the cardio and eat like you've never eaten before.

    How old are you?
