Your primary source of protein and nutrients should be from food, that's the key to muscle growth. At your age the only supplement I would take is a good whey protein shake, preferable from allthewhey or ON, which are much cheaper than muscletech products.

There really are no miracle supplements, focus on training hard and get your diet dialed in. Supplements like NO2 aren't worth it, you need to put the hours in and be patient.

no supplement is going to do for you what food will if you start eating more and more often. I know your at school, but can you not eat a protein bar or pb&j sandwich between classes? You need to eat a whole lot more than that to grow. If your trying to bulk, you need to eat a minimum of 6 times a day. Get your diet in check and save the moneypit supplements like muscle-tech and NO2 for later. At your age, you will be amazed at how much you will grow once you start eating more. To get big, you need to eat big.
