Whey protein is the foundation of any supplementation. No point in taking anything else if you don't take whey IMO, unless your diet is loaded down with proteins.
My husband bought this at GNC and I've been taking it post w/o with whey. Any opinions on this? Should you count the carbs in your daily allowance? I think they all come from the dextrose.

I agree, and I'm taking this creatine with whey protein post w/o. But what do you think about this particular brand of creatine? It has dextrose, and I'm training for a competition.
ha, my bad. I misread your original post. I thought you said you don't take whey protein. I have never heard of this brand, so don't know anything about it.
