I need help finding a legal Substance that can build Mass
OK I have a brother who is Fat but athletic and he lifts weights hes getting stronger just know muscle is developing you know like hes not becoming more solid hes still soft but getting stronger and hes eating healtheir So can you help me find a substance like creatine or somthing that can help him price doesnt matter
Listen lets stop arguing I just would like to know if somone could list some supplements for building mass
food is the ultimate mass builder. Whey protein is essential to building muscle, but you will not grow unless you eat a lot, eat more often, and then eat some more. Im not talking shitty stuff, like fast food. If you want to clean bulk, eat a MINIMUM of 6 meals a day, and if possible, eat every 2 hours. I personally think eggs are one of the greatest foods for mass. I have a steamer, and hard-boil 6 eggs and eat them as snacks. It's all in the food, the supplements can come later.
I am NOT an expert, however, I am experimenting with testosterone boosters - specifically Nutrex Vitrix from 'Bulk Nutrition'. Its claims to increASE testosterone by 240% which should help you build more muscle.
I don't know what those more in the know think of this??

what is the difference between vitrix and AM-RX? i've noticed they look very similar

Vitrex is in a liquid/capsule form. I've tried several trib products and Vitrex and AM-Rx are the only two that seemed to have any effects. Both contain the same 80% active saponins and 20% protodioscin.
AM-Rx contains tongkat ali, dim, chrysin and (I think) vitamin b-6
Vitrex contains some mysterious compound known as NTS-5 (supposed to block estrogen)
Both of them will cause you to get wood whenever the wind blows.

Well, I order my supplements from Bulk Nutrition.
Each supplement has a user review section were users rate the product out of 5 and give feedback. I looked into numerous Testosterone boosters and Nutrex by Vitrex got the best reviews and feedback.
Its hard sometimes to see past the hype of a product and at least you get some kind of honest feedback.
I think there are just too many supplements out there. I wish the facts on this stuff was out there but I'm afraid it's not. NO2, NO-Xplode. Etc. There is just so much hype and advertisement you don't know what to believe. You would think a forum like this would be non-bias but I'm afraid this to is back by ads.....
I think this should be made a sticky. Every new member should read it.
