    Chronic use...

I have been using an EC stack for quite some time now, 3 months to be exact. My dose is E-25 & 100 C only 1 time a day. I have to admit, I truly enjoy the alertness and I have no side effects, just feel energized. I have read up some posts and see that there is no max time for EC use as long as it is not abused. Your advise, please....

I'd quit for awhile after a month or so. It affects the nervous system, which is something I like to be a little careful with.

Using Chronic doesn't help my alertness.

I think you are fine, but I would lay off for a month or so. Most peeps go 8-10 weeks on and then take at least a month off, but that is based on 3x a day dosing. Personally, I would take time off because the crash would be that much less now than if you continued for another month or 2. You take this in the am to wake up? If so the first week or so is going to suck major ass.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I'm sure everyone knows it isn't really about smokin chronic, just some light hearted joking on the play on words,
PS Ephedra does help with the tiredness associated with smoking chronic.
