    Protein Digestion

I was told that your body cannot digest more than 25-30grams of protein in one serving.. And the rest turns into waste. Is that information true???

    Thanks

there is no truth to that at all. the human body can digest any amount of protein that passes through the GIT. how much of the protein is "utilized" is a completely different story. the body of an 200 lb athletic man looking to increase muscle mass needs and will utilize more protein than another man who weighs 150 lbs and is a couch potato. the athletic man has a higher amount of protein turnover due to his active lifestyle. plus on top of that he needs additional protein so that the body can synthesize new muscle tissue.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
