    Knowledge of supplements

    Hi

I am wondering if you guys can help me,for english we had to make a leaflet and i have started it but am unsure about what to use,can someone give me some information to include such as

Steroids-Why it is better than taking steroids (safer)
Why you should drink large quantities of water with Protein

Here is what i have so far

Just 3 scoops a day can help lead to increased muscle mass!!!!Optimum Nutrition is here to help.Protein is an essential molecule which is needed to build muscle.Without it muscles cannot grow, this is why people who are determined to build muscle depend on Optimum Nutrition for the increased levels of Protein they need. There are 3 main types of Protein

Soy Protein-Soy Protein is for people who are intolerant to many things such as Lactose or maybe they are Vegan,Soy Protein is made from Soy beans which means it contains no animal produce what so ever!

Whey Protein-Whey Protein is the most important protein that a bodybuilder needs,it is absorbed into the body extremely quickly (30-60 minutes) and will give you an instant hit of high quality protein.

Casein Protein-Casein Protein is a protein that is the complete opposite of whey, casein protein is absorbed into the blood stream extremely slowly (7-8 hours) which makes it perfect for eating before bed.You can get Casein Protein from foods such as cottage cheese.

Optimum Nutrition were one of the first company’s to produce protein that was of high enough quality for body builders. From Amateurs to Professionals we cater for everyone using our advanced Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolates,Ion-Exchange Whey Protein Isolates and Hydro Whey hydrolysed Whey pepticides.

Optimum Nutrition gives you more of what you want (Pure unadulterated Whey Protein) and less of what you don’t want (fat, calories and lactose).Optimum Nutrition also has one of the broadest range of flavours from cookies and cream to chocolate indulgence and unlike other inferior products ours taste like the real thing!

    Please help me

There is a laundry list of reasons why a person that is too young shouldn't take steroids. Many of them are common sense. Apparently whoever made that statement initially didn't find it all too common.

Just avoid the issue of young people using steroids if you want. That can easily be an article by itself. Mention the simple idea that a responsible adult using steroids will not have the ability to produce muscle tissue without intaking enough dietary protein. So anabolism won't occur.

A protein supplement is a good idea b/c many people have a hard time getting enough through diet alone. It certainly isn't a necessity if you are already getting enough from whole food sources.

Creatine is much tougher to get maximal amounts through diet. Far easier to supplement, and cheaper that way.
