    For me:

    1. creatine
    2. whey protein
    3. caffeine (preworkout)

    Stats!
    23 years old, 5'11.5", 206 lbs., ~8% bodyfat

    I won't ALWAYS take creatine. In fact, I just quit it a few days ago and I'll be off of it until after the show I'm doing.

    The added size is water, and water retention makes you look smooth. I use creatine while bulking to help put on size--I want to hit the stage with hard muscle.

    I always though caffiene interfered with protien absorption. Which is one of the reasons I quit drinking while training with supplements
