    Creatine with no water!?!

    Hey guys, i don't drink a lotta water and i'm still taking creatine... is that a bad thing? I still drink like about 5-8 glasses a day... will my kidneys get messed up if i dont drink enough water?

    It may make your kidneys work a little overtime, but it wont harm them. You need more water anyway, so drink up.

    This guy is dumber than I thought. Like they said whats the big deal with drinking some extra water...It's good for you!
