If you can, get your hands on some ephedrine. It can be had for about 6,345,234,553,345,234 yen, or roughly $10 U.S.

Here's the real deal pampotch. I used to buy into all the supplement hype of years past. Back in 2000 I was spending close to $300/month on protein powder, creatine, amino acids, vitamins, herb concoctions, protein bars, metabolic optimizers, etc..... This all came to a screetching halt when the company I worked for folded. I eventually found a new job but I was in no position to throw away that much money on supplements. So I decided(was forced) to go back to basics. I based my diet on whole foods, real foods like beans, broccoli, fat-free yogurt, lean meats and eggs, and the occasional fruit. The only supplements I took were protein powder, creatine and a good multivitamin. To my suprise I started getting better results than ever I had gotten with all the other crap I'd taken in the past. I felt stronger, less hungry, and begin to "lean out". It wasn't like magic or anything like. I still had to work my ass off and be mindful of what and when I ate. But the results came and they came with out any freaking pills or potions. You say you've been lifting for 6yrs so you must know that success isn't in a pill. If that was the case then don't you think every one would have the body of their dreams by now? The "fat burner" market is the most lucrative aspect of any supplement company. That's why they spend so much money in pretty packaging and before and after photos of "regular" people who've gotten "results". That's why if you open up most any magazine you're likely to come across a 6-page ad touting the many benefits of some new pill. But I'll stop before I ramble on. Bottom line, If you want to reduce your body fat you have to pay attention to what you eat. This one aspect is even more important than the kind of exercise you do. Any activity will cause to to loose body fat if your diet is right. So forget about that overpriced hydroxycut crap. Return it or sell it to some other dork then use that money to buy some good books on the subject of dieting.

Sounds like you're sold on the idea of trying out the hydroxycut so go ahead. I can tell you that I tried hydroxycut in the past and it was what was to be expexted. It curbed my hunger, gave me a wicked rush, and made it almost impossible to get a good night's sleep. Of course this was back in the day when it had ephedra in it. Looking at the current label it looks to have some fancy sounding herbs and proprietary blends. (I'm not fond of that term cause it's a nice way to cover up what's really in there.) The only thing I recognized right off the bat was L-carnitine, which aids in fat mobilization, Garcinia Cambogia, which has shown to block the conversion of dietary carbs into body fat, chromium, which is believed to enhance the effectiveness of insulin, calcium, which in recent studies has shown to aid in the elimination of body fat while on a reduced calorie diet, Alpha Lipoic Acid, it's supposed to help you get rid of fat, and green tea extract, another supposed fat mobilizer, and let's not forget our old friend caffeine. So in conclusion, go ahead and take the stuff. Personally, I've never had any luck with any of the new, ephedra-free thermogenics. But it never hurts to try, after all you already bought the stuff. But as I said before: diet, diet, diet.....It's the only way dude.

just got my 2 210 caps hydroxycut 70.4dollard. huge savings compare here in philippines 88dollars for 1 bottle. this time im gonna have my sickpack. well going to do cardio 4 or 5 times a week and lit weights 5 or 6times a week. the problem is the diet. lean protein like chicken , tuna, eggs are a bit expensive. bought optimum nutrition 5lbs double chocolate 48dollars here but its cheap compare to our local gnc's 65dollars.
