    Daily multi replacement

I found this stuff a few years ago called 'Emergency.' I used to take it when I thought I might be getting sick (supposedly an immune booster) and it seemed to work. Recently I thought that it could work as a daily multi and have been taking two packets daily for a week. It's a powder you mix in water. Has anyone ever heard of it? Is it a good replacement for the multi?

    Amount per packet:

    Cals: 20
    Sodium: 60 mg
    carbs: 5g (sugar)

Vit C (as seven mineral ascorbates) 1,000 mg
Vit B1 (as Thiamine HCI): .38 mg
Vit B2 (as Riboflavin): .43 mg
Vit B3 (as special Niacin Complexes) 5 mg
Vit B6 (as Pyridoxine HCI): 10 mg
    Folic Acid: 12.5 mcg
    Vit B12 ( as Cyanocobalamin): 25 mcg
Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium Pantothenate): 2.5 mg
    Potassium: 200 mg
    Magnesium: 60 mg
    Calcium: 50 mg
    Zinc: 2 mg
    Manganese: 1 mg
    Chromium: 10 mcg

    Alpha-lipoic Acid: 1 mg

is it EmergenC ? ... values for minerals are too low for a multi but it is a great in-workout drink, just add creatine.
