    Q10 Good or bad??

    Hi guys,

I have a quick question about Q10. This suplement seems to be taking off at the moment. I know one or two people that have started using it.

What are your thoughts on this. Good or bad??

I've taken Co-Q10 forever. I just had to slow down as of late because it hit big in Japan and they are literally buying up all the raw materials for it, causing prices to skyrocket.

CoQ10 is an antioxident and is great for heart health. There was a study recently suggesting it was also good for lowering blood pressure. I take 200-400mg per day. Due to raw material costs it's an expensive supplement.

I too, take this supplement due to it's anti-oxident and heart-health properties. As far as "is it doing me any good?"... well, I guess time will tell. I am taking this more as a "preventative" supplement for my health and well-being as opposed to taking it to achieve training gains.
