No More 1-AD, What else is there?

Well, I'm back to the weights again after a long hiatus, but since I left things like ephedra and 1-AD have become illegal , so what can I use now? I bought this stuff from Sci-Fit called ZT3 that you take at night before bed. What are my other options for max muscle growth?

Hey GS. You don't NEED any of that crap. I have tried it all. I have made little gains here and there. But now i'm really starting to get my diet nailed down and I am growing faster than I ever did before, my workouts are freakin' amazing, and I feel wonderful.

I' highly advise you start there bro

I'm good for protein and creatine and I've already lost 13 pounds of flubber. I was just hoping for that little extra boost!

Creatine and Glutamine to go with your whey. BCAA's are also something I highly suggest.

Depends on how much is available per scoop and how concentrated it is. Amino Acids come in varying isomers, many of which aren't the preferred concentrations in whey. If you don't think it's worth it, don't use them, but I sure will
