Melatonin, Valerian Root, Kava Kava.

If you take two 3mg Melatonin, and two Valerian root about 1/2 hour before you want to go to sleep and drink some Kava Kava tea you will sleep.

I was going to say Melatonin also, but you may want to use it when you dont have to work in the morning. When i tried it i made me really groggy in the mornings. Ths was after a solid 8 hours of sleep.

I like valarian root . Only problem is the stuff dries you out horribly so drink plenty of water with it but not enough to pee the bed

I don't know about Kava Kava, I heard some bad reports about it about a month ago, people supplementing with it had major liver problems, I think it may be taken off the market here in Canada if I remember correctly. If I need an occasional aid to go to bed, I either use Benadryl or Gravol. Benadryl is what we usually give patients at the hospital, works really well. If you want something natural, herbal teas tend to have a psychological effect of putting you to sleep ie. apple cinnamon, chamomille, etc.,

ZMA helps promote sleep.

I agree with Prince. I tried ZMA for the first time last night and it just absolutely knocked me out. Lots of strange dreams, too, so I must have had some good, deep sleep.
