    1ad cycle results

i thought id post the results from my first 1ad cycle

i ran the cycle for 28 days.. 300 mg for 14 days, and 400 mg for 14 days

ill start off by saying i started at 210 lbs at 20% bf, and im now 232 lbs at 22% bf.

when i started i benched around 150-165 for reps, and now im doing 180 through 200 for reps.

i repped for my shoulder presses with dumbells with 45, and 50 lb dumbells, now i use 60, 65, and 70 lbs dumbells.

i curled 95 lbs on the ez curl for reps, now i do 120

and various other weights have gone up also i just didnt want to list them all.

the side effects were sleeplessness and OBVIOUS increased aggression/mood swings.

im on my 3rd day of pct, i am expecting to lose a little size due to water. but im sure that i wont lose much strength. i plan to run another 1ad cycle in 1.25 months.

i think 1ad kicks ass for strength

Seems like you could have put on quite a bit more good size/strength without 1-AD.

Same her, results are what they are, cant deny that, but I too think that at his age, killer diet and adequate training would have done the job, perhaps even better! but Im sure he's heard it all before!

I would probably go as far as to say the word "placebic"
