What should i mix it with for the best taste and absorption properties?
Also, have any of you guys heard of that eggwhites protein stuff? Is that any good?

I bought a kilo of the stuff a while back and love it - 5g pre and post workout. It tastes like shit so it's good to mix with something like fruit juice. At your age your primary focus should be diet, that's the key to muscle gain.
