    If you are going to lift an hour after getting up, you should have some carbs with your protein. Ideally, you shouldn't have any carbs for three hours proceeding cardio on a cut, IMO.

    If you are cutting, they help, IMO. "Waste of money" depends on your budget.

    I hear comments on glutamine that they don't work, unless you take high amount

    How many grams do I need to take in to make it work on my cardio days?
