I just jumped on creatine. Ive been lifting 12 years and have only used it once before. I dont think it even works. My pump doesnt feel the same when on it. I believe im taking 10000 mg a day. 4 pills twice a day. I think I looked better off of it too. I didnt load.

I baked it into a salve that I spread on my penis, actually my balls, but who's counting?

I would take 5g prior to lifting and 5g after. Works quite well for me.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

Armpit sweat is highly anabolic when mixed with creatine.

All B.S. aside creatine works ok for me. I can tell that I am stronger and recover faster. It will also cause you to gain water weight. If you bought any decent brand of creatine it SHOULD have had some instructions on the bottle. My bottle says to "load" for 3 days (one scoop in GRAPE JUICE 4 or 5 times a day for 3 days) then to take one or two scoops daily to maintain. I take one scoop on non-lifting days and two on lifting days (second scoop after working out). Thats just me. I havent tried all those "other" methods.
