I don't change my caloric intake based on whether or not I am on creatine. Other factors determine caloric intake.

If your only taking it ONCE take it after you workout, thats what I do.
well, so in that case, what about the calorie intake, should I change that? The thing is that I want to bulk up, but I don't want to be eating too much. And, I would like to eat right, so any ideas? Thanks
Taking creatine has nothing to do with how many calories you need to eat. It has no nutritional value. You always need a caloric surplus to gain weight. Take it before and after, split the dosage in half to take it twice. Only take what is on the instructions.
