    Protein bars.

    As a last resort I've been buyin the odd bar now and again, tho I prefer whole foods and protein shakes, have tried detour, one way and u turn and all three tasted like had trouble finishin the whole bar infact, but I tried mesotech's s'mores and choc chip cookie and both taste good, and have more vits that detour, one way and u turn.

    If I have to, I use ProteinPlus bars from PowerBar

    I've never found one I could finish. They just taste terrible.

    Tri-O-Plex is my bar of choice.
    I love the sound of clanging iron in the morning. It sounds like victory.

    I agree... Usually I like anything w/ Pnut-flavor...

    The TriOPlex's have a nice oatmealy texture I like, rather than the solid
    doggie-chew-toy-bar texture

    Have Problems?... Chances are its due to overpopulation

    I like Nitrotechs bars...blueberry and strawberry, I also like pure proteins strawberry bars...but only as a last resort for extra calories/protein.
