    which way with whey?

Aren't you guys proud of me for coming up with that clever play on words? Anyway, I use Optimum Nutritions Any Whey supplement which I brought from affordablesupplements.com I use about 68 grams daily and mix it with chocolate milk which contains another 32 grams per day. So I get 100 grams of protien that way and try to get the rest from diet. The problem is I'm running out and need suggestions on what to do in the future. Should I continue to use this or is there anything better out there. And whats the difference between Hydrolyzed Isolate, Pure Isolate, Blends and Natural Concentrate? Which is better? Thanks.

    Nice way with words.

ON Any Whey is good enough, not too bad.

Try reading this for more info on the difference. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/willbrink3.htm

Its basically just different ways of processing the whey, giving slightly different products. Most that you see in stores would be a whey concentrate, which is just fine. Most of us take that, as its cheapest. Id say whey isolate is best, but its pricier.

Comes down to a matter of opinion.
