    Best Creatine and Protien combo?

Hey everyone, I've been trying to get caught up on all the latest/greatest products but I feel overwhelmed. Back in the day (5 years ago) I had good results with nitro and cell-tech. I know a lot has changed since then so I'd like to pick up some creatine and protein supplements but I'm not sure what to get. I've been back training for about 3 months now and feel I've lost the fat I needed to lose (thanks to redline and tons of cardio), I'd like to focus on building up some lean mass now, maybe 10-15lbs. Can anyone suggest a few good products?

    Thanks a ton,
    -Mike

eeeww... Okay, now a-days, anything ending with tech, is garbage. Grab yourself some bulk creatine monohydrate, bulk L-glutamine, some Optimum Nutrition's 100% whey, and 100% casein, a multi vitamin, and some frozen chicken breasts...

Thanks for the info bro. Any brands you suggest for the creatine, L-glutamine, and casein? Also, do you know of any products which combine a good majority of these? I dont want to end up buying crap know what I mean. Thanks again.

allthewhey.com carries good cheap creatine monohydrate. dont bother with the creatine mixes. 20x as expensive and 1.1x better. not worth it.
