I've used Optimum Nutrition in the past (also not listed). I positively hate taking it though. It freaking smells funny AND the fishy aftertaste happens to me every single time. I know it's good for us but bleeechhh.

Been meaning to try another brand or an EFA supp in capsule form that is a blend.

    Thanks for posting the link!

If "fish burps" are a concern you should try the enteric coated fish oil caps.

I haven't read that article, but in addition to contaminants some fish oil has enough vitamin A & D to be toxic if taken in excess. This is because some brands tend to use mostly skin and liver to make the supplements.

I only get the fish burps if I take the pills DURING a meal instead of AFTER.

Get an excutive membership ($100) and you'll get 2% back on all purchases. The only problem of being is member is whenever you go to a regular supermarket you realise what a rip-off they are. Costco's prices are great.
