I don't know... you can only dumbell press with 180's? You have a long way to go dude. You need to gain mass fast to catch up with the competition like jay cutler or ronnie coleman. Competing with them--your gonna need to gain a whopping 5 lb's of muscle.

Shouldn't this be in the supplement forum? Creatine's always a good, safe supplement. Food, however, should be #1. Be sure you're taking in of stuff if you're wanting mass, especially protein. You could also try a new bench program. I know a few if you'd like some reccommendations.

Also, i'm not sure how much marijuana you smoke, but the less you smoke the better. I've smoked the stuff before too, and I can tell you from personal experience that it DOES effect your gains and frame of mind. If you're serious about that 500 pd. bench - cut back a little!

Anyways, if you want a special bench training program hit me up.

Thanks for the advice....I actually stopped smoking weed about a week ago and have noticed that I have more endurance. I have had the same flat bench for a while and truly belive I have to gain more weight but its harder to pack on now. Ive bee lifting 12 years and realized this last year ive completely plateaued. I will try your advice....thanks.

I never used supplements before. Not everybody does. I tried creatine once or twice. Im a firm believer in food and lots of it. Ive been lifting a long time and always made my gains without them. So no joke.
