    Glutamine Question

I've been on a successful bulking diet for about 3 weeks now, employing
Whey protein and fish oil as supplements. I keep hearing about glutamine
being a good supp choice. I read you should take about 10 grams a day.
Is this a good amount and when is the most beneficial time to take it?

    Thanks for any info.

The "experts" that I have talked to tell me to take it before bed. I generally will take 1/2 my dosage right after I work out and then the other half when I go to bed.

Im on 10-15grams a day..The powder form you only need a couple teaspoons. If you get ON whey protein they throw in another 3.2 grams Gluatmine per serving. I heard its best on an empty stomach. It seems to help a ton with recovery time....yadda yadda
