1-ad Cycle with Anabolic Matrix journal Question

I wanted everyone to look at the cycle I will be taking soon to get some feed back and to see if I am doing anything wrong here. Yes this is my first cycle, I know there are a lot of expertise on here, so feedback of any kind will be more then appreciated. I did a lot of research on the forms before I posted this. I only have 2 questions.

    MM 1-ad / taking it 8am, 2pm, 8pm
    1 week: 300mg
    2 week: 300mg
    3 week: 400mg
    4:week: 500mg

    Anabolic Matrix: ??? not sure
    Milk Thistle: ??? not sure

    Pct 6 oxo
    1 week: 600mg
    2 week: 500mg
    3 week: 400mg
    4 week: 300mg

Monday / Wednesday / Friday: Weight Train
Tuesday / Thursday: 20-30 min Cardio (Jogging, or heavy bag)
    Saturday / Sunday: Time off

I have some Pro Liver (Milk Thistle) that I would like to add but not sure how much. I was going to stack Anabolic Matrix with the 1-ad or should I stack it with my PCT instead?? And how much? I am using 1-ad as a stand alone because I can’t get my hands on 4-ad, so from what I have been reading on the forms its ok as long as I do a mild dose. I know to keep my protein levels and calories up while on 1-ad and while I am on my PCT. Not only am I going to do this by food but I was going to use weight gain and whey protein.

    Weight now: 195
    Height: 6’0
    Age: 26

Thank you for all your advice in advance.

IT would be best to use anabolics matrix during post cycle as it may not do much during cycle . IT might help you fight a limp dick though .

It's up to you, but if it's your first cycle then I think 300mg 1-AD for 4 weeks is fine. I think you'd be better off doing 300mg for 6 weeks, then increasing dosage. I don't think you need to increase the doseage like you've planned.

Makes sense, thanks Slim. I think since it is my first cycle I will try 300mg then. 6 weeks....thats ok on a first cycle? I guess it would be since the dose is 300mg.

    Thanks again.

I'm no expert by any means. I was just commenting based upon other cycles I've seen people post about. I'm on a 1-AD cycle myself (my first one) and 300mg is working for me. I had planned to only go 4 weeks, but I decided to continue it up to 6 weeks. I'm still making gains and I saw no reason to stop. For me, I'd be nervous about using more than 300mg per day. I have noticed some small sides and I wouldn't want them to get any worse.
